‘We required two temporary classrooms, located at a school adjacent to Heathrow Airport, re-sited in an adjoining field.  The works involved crane-lifting the buildings over new school buildings and nearby trees.  Dancor Ltd contracted Kingston Building Solutions (KBS) to manage the project.  KBS obtained the necessary air permits for crane lifts in controlled air traffic space and delivered the project on time and to everyone’s satisfaction.  I would not hesitate to use KBS services in future and would recommend the organisation to anyone that has a modular building requirement’.

‘We contacted Kingston Building Solutions with regards the relocation of our modular building from Poole in Dorset to Hamble in Hampshire. There was also a requirement to dismantle and remove two old Portable buildings from the site at Hamble. KBS surveyed both sites and evaluated the requirements for cranes and transportation. KBS removed the old buildings, installed all the new foundations incorporated within a brick skirt as well as the concrete ramps, steps and re routed the mains service and drainage. The delivery and installation of our new buildings was undertaken in a safe and professional manner within the program of works and would have no hesitation in using or recommending KBS again in the future.’
