SCA Recycling recently issued a tender to several construction companies for the redevelopment of the old Curry's warehouse at Houndsdown Business Park in Totton into a new Recyling Depot. Raymond Brown were chosen to tender for these works who in turn contacted Kingston Building Solutions with regards the supply of two Weighbridge Office Units that formed part of their tender. By spending time with Raymond Brown to understand and discuss their requirements in detail, Kingston Building Solutions was able to offer a proposal for the supply of two suitable buildings which made a significant cost saving from the initial outlay that was expected. Raymond Brown won the contract and soon after Kingston Building Solutions provided two bespoke Weighbridge Offices on time and on budget.

There was a requirement for an exceptionally fast turn around for this new pre school nursery. Once the design was finalised and approved the building was manufactured and delivered to site within 4 weeks from order. To alleviate the requirement for ramps and steps a reduce dig was undertaken which offers a level threshold into the building. To prolong the life expectancy of the building an 8 degree pitched roof was installed which also compliments the over all aesthetics of the building. The end result was a very happy customer with a new nursery building ready for use for the start of the new school term.
