Located in central southern England, Kingston Building Solutions (KBS) offers modular building solutions for a variety of applications including early years, education, industry and commerce, health, and construction providing bespoke solutions for your temporary and semi-permanent accommodation requirements.
More than 10 years experience in the portable accommodation sector, dealing with small and major national businesses, has given KBS detailed hands-on knowledge with regard to sales, procurement, project and contract management.
This experience has also enabled KBS to develop a reputable network of national and local contacts thus giving the company the opportunity to offer a very personal and cost-effective service. We are thus able to quickly understand your individual and unique requirements and suggest tailor-made solutions to meet your specific needs.
The system manufacturers we offer provide a very high standard of service and are backed by CHAS and Construction Line accreditation’s, belong to the Modular Portable Buildings Association (MPBA) and hold the relevant insurance’s.
Phil Kingston, proprietor of KBS, hold a CSCS Modular Installers card to management level, as well as being an Appointed Person, slinger / banks man fully qualified to write method statements, risk assessments and lift plans.
KBS offers free consultation, can prepare initial computer generated layout drawings and costed proposals based upon these plans. The company follows all projects through from the initial design stage to completion and hand over, thus ensuring that you are kept fully up to date on progress and subsequently realise the accommodation you require.
